Excel question linking cells from two sheets

I hope this is a simple answer, I just can't find it!

I have two spread sheets, one with master data, the second has data pulled from the first sheet (plus other data on its own.) I know there is one simple key I can hit to sync the two spreadsheets and update the second with whatever changes were made to the first. I am just having a duh moment and cant think of it.

Anyone know which key it is?

OK, Diamondlady, I will admit you have me hooked on hearing about your pumpkins. How are they doing? Do you start from seeds or do you buy seedlings? I just planted some things in my garden over the long weekend, and I think we have similar climates (I'm zone 5), so I'm curious to find out what's growing for you. I always plant flowers for a cutting garden that I start from seeds indoors, and with the economy this year I have also planted some veggies. I'm going to plant pumpkins this weekend as well, but mine are just for the kids' annual fall party for guests to carve.

Can anyone advise me of where I can get speed dictation practice from? I am hoping to brush up on my very rusty shorthand skills.

I would like to listen to specific timed dictation so I can keep a note of my 'hopeful' speed improvement.

Outlook
Does anyone know how I can set up shortcuts in Outlook to folders on my computer or company server. I want to save time moving and saving emails from Outlook onto my computer or company server folders. Can I set up outlook folders on the left hand side ie. 'sent', 'draft', inbox etc that are shortcuts to server/computer folders

Organizational Chart

I need to update an organizaton chart that is on 11X17 paper - it's huge!
Power point org charts are not going to cut it here. I've worked with Org Plus and was not too happy with it - but that was three or four years ago. I have hear Visio is great for org charts, but would have to have it loaded on my pc which may or may not be an issue.
Recommendations for org chart programs and if Visio is your choice how user friendly is it? (I'm MOS certified in Word and Excel so I rate myself above the average bear in software skills.)
